In the middle of 5th av. Positive: The location, a walking distance to everything, the pool, the space. Negative: The place is in front of noisy bar la sala de despecho that closes til 3am and makes hard to sleep even with earplugs.

Bellissimo! Positive: Bellissima casa curata nel minimo dettaglio, la piscina sul tetto meravigliosa! Dispone di ogni comodità e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. Posizione centralissima in una zona super turistica e sicura. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il letto davvero comodo Negative: Essendo appunto molto centrale la sera é parecchio rumoroso per via dei locali sottostanti. Consiglio magari dei doppi vetri che possano isolare meglio. Non c’erano abbastanza forchette per tutti gli ospiti😅

Noisy Negative: Extremely noisy area. If you like to sleep in a calm environment choose something else. Contrary to normal Airbnbs and booking apartments, They ask you for a deposit in US Dollars. If you don’t pay it they won’t let you in. In our case it meant less money back ( minus 28 USD because of exchange rate).

Overall really enjoyed our stay in the home. Positive: The property was in a great location, literally in the center of everything. Restaurants were a matter of feet away, bars, and only a couple blocks from the beach. The home was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect place to start the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Negative: The noise mentioned in other comments is definitely a thing, you’re directly across from a karaoke type bar. We used a white noise app on our phones and that helped tremendously.

ESTAFA Positive: El lugar es lindo, lamentablemente es una estafa, te piden una cantidad enorme de depósito, y cuando termina tu estancia, te buscan cualquier detalle para no regresarte el dinero, el tipo con el que hablé era cero racional, se fija en todo! Quiere que le pagues 6000 pesos por manchar una sábana, pésimo, tengan mucho cuidado, además te observan con cámaras, y cuando llegamos no estaban todos los controles del aire acondicionado y después nos lo querían cobrar carísimo para no regresar el depósito, entre otras cosas, no caigan de verdad! Si no les va a salir de oro quedarse en este lugar Negative: ESTAFA TOTAL!
